新たに担当する

「大手企業1社」に特化した、労務担当です

複数の担当を持つのではなく、

特定の大手クライアント一社に深く入り込み、

給与計算や社会保険手続きなどを担当します。

【仕事内容】

当法人のオフィス内にて、

対象となる大手企業の労務業務全般をお任せします

クライアントの経理担当者とは、

密に連携を取りながら進めていきます。

・クライアント担当者との折衝、報告

・給与、賞与計算業務

・年末調整業務

・社会保険手続き

・労務フローの改善提案、マニュアル整備 など

・社会保険、労働保険の各種手続き経験を

お持ちの方

勤務時間・曜日:

給与:

固定残業代あり:月給 ¥248,000 〜 ¥351,000は1か月当たりの固定残業代¥36,000〜¥51,000(22時間相当分)を含む。22時間を超える残業代は追加で支給する。

月給248.000円~351,000円+賞与

・固定時間外手当含む

(22時間分:36,000円~51,000円)

想定年収:340万〜481万

・賞与:年2回(夏・冬)
