【お仕事内容】
当社の土木設計部門での設計業務、開発申請業務などをお任せします。
お客様(法人・行政)から依頼をいただいた土地の開発にかかる土木設計業務になります。
具体的には・・・
各クライアントとの打ち合わせ・要望ヒアリング
- 土地開発に関する土木設計
- 設計図面の作成および修正
- 現地調査の実施
- 官公庁や関係機関との調整および折衝
- 工事現場の監督と進捗管理
- 安全管理および品質管理
- 環境影響評価の実施
- プロジェクトスケジュールの作成と管理

住宅地だけでなく近年は大規模な工場、各種大型店舗、商業施設などが増えています。
最新鋭のドローンや3DCADなども導入しており、測量部門が計測したデジタルデータから設計等を行っており、業務の効率化にも積極的に投資しています。
