<入社後の流れ>

入社初期は業務のメインとして比重が大きい、買取査定や店舗業務に従事していただきます。

先輩社員による研修もありますので、未経験でも安心して勤務いただけます。買取品目は貴金属、宝石、バック、時計など幅広いですが、得意分野から慣れていってください

<主な店舗業務>

・開店準備(お客様お迎えの準備、掃除)

・接客(査定や買取のご提案) ※販売業務はありません

・販促活動(店頭での販促活動、SNS更新)

・閉店準備(在庫と現金の確認、レジ締め、買取の報告)

<査定について>

知識や経験がなくても、入社後に研修もあり、先輩スタッフが優しく丁寧に教えるので問題ございませんジュエリー好きやブランド好きな方、手先が器用な方は楽しんで働いていただけます。

<将来のキャリアアップ>

コロナ禍でも業績を伸ばし、新店舗も続々とオープンしています

現場で経験を積んでいただいた後には、トレーナー、チーフ、サブマネージャー、マネージャーへキャリアアップして頂きます。

※希望が無ければ転居を伴う転勤なし

<主な管理者業務>

・ 店舗マネジメント(1店舗~最大数十店舗)

・ アルバイトスタッフの管理、育成

・ プロの鑑定士としての鑑定査定、お買取

・ 店舗にてお客様の接客対応

・ 業績向上の為のマーケティング、業者様対応

・ 新規出店の営業、開拓、店舗構想発案

今回の正社員募集は将来的に管理者として、複数店舗のマネジメントを行っていただくようなポジションです。

【未経験OK】

業界未経験でも大歓迎です資格なども必要ございません。

まずは店舗社員として接客いただくので、笑顔で丁寧な対応が出来れば大丈夫です

現在、ジュエルカフェで活躍中の従業員は社員、アルバイト問わず"95%"が未経験からスタートしています

万全の研修で、仕事の進め方や知識は先輩社員が丁寧に指導します

1店舗の店長のような店舗社員的立ち位置ではなく、ゆくゆくは何店舗かを担当いただく管理職を目指していただきます

キャリアパスのイメージとしては入社1年後には東京何店舗かを管理、また3年後には神奈川、埼玉...5年後には東日本のように

広範囲にわたって管理及びマネジメントしていただきます

定期的に個人面談を実施しておりますので、一人ひとりの希望をお伺いします。
