仕事内容


BtoC営業に特化した事業では急速拡大中につき、大量増員予定

・未経験歓迎の上場企業グループの正社員採用

・ストック商品を自社で開発し、毎月販売数が増加。

お客様のご自宅に訪問し、老舗ガス会社の新電力商材を提案し、電気の契約切り替えをご案内するお仕事です。

毎日の生活で欠かせない電気料金を今より安くできる可能性が高いため、喜ばれやすいサービスです。

入社後は、まず2週間の研修をご用意しています。

基本的な知識からお客様とのコミュニケーション方法まで、丁寧にレクチャーしますので、未経験の方でも安心してスタートできます。

・基本給:203,931円

・固定残業代:30時間/46,069円

昇給昇格:有(年2回)

7月・11月・3月の年3回支給(集計は毎月、支給は4ヶ月分をまとめて支給)

評価期間中の昇格制度あり

・昇給昇格:有(年2回)(9月・3月)

・給与支払日:月末締め翌月25日払い※金融機関が休日の場合は前営業日
