✎ 仕事内容

日本福祉大学から委託されたバックオフィス業務を担当。

はじめはできる範囲から、徐々にステップアップしていきます。

<主な業務>

・大学業務の運用管理・マネジメント

・スタッフの勤怠・労務サポート

・教育関連プロジェクトの進行管理

・人事・労務業務(採用、研修、制度企画、福利厚生、給与計算、社保手続き 等)

  • 1日の流れ(例)

9:00 業務開始(メール確認・当日のタスク整理)

10:00 労務管理や大学担当者との打合せ

12:00 昼休憩

14:00 各種事務処理・進行管理

16:30 翌日の準備/チームミーティング

17:30 退勤(残業は少なめです)

総労働時間:1ヶ月あたり150時間

勤務時間:9:00~17:30(実働7.5時間/休憩1時間)

勤務曜日:完全週休二日制(土日)

※月平均残業10時間程度

給与詳細


※基本給・固定残業代の総額

基本給:月給 24万円 〜

固定残業代:あり

1ヶ月あたり2万円(固定残業時間:1ヶ月あたり10時間)

固定残業時間を超えた勤務時間については別途残業代を支給する

全員に一律で支払われる通勤・皆勤・家族手当金額:なし

全員に一律で支払われるその他手当金額:なし

月給:240,000円

※上記には、固定残業代10時間分(20000)が含まれています。残業が10時間を超過した場合は、全額支給します。
