【募集背景】

2018年末に設立後、現在、関西・関東・山陰エリアに6拠点を展開。

【業務概要】

・0〜6か月:アポインターとして市場・商材・見積ロジックの型を体得。

・7か月〜12か月:クローザーへ挑戦。診断提案見積受注まで自走できる状態へ。

・2年目〜:リーダー/幹部候補としてKPI設計・育成コーチング・採用同席などマネジメント領域へ。

【教育・評価】

・2か月ごとの査定で受注額/粗利/紹介獲得/クレーム率/育成貢献を総合評価。

・幹部候補はエリア戦略や原価意識、販促ROI、施工品質KPIも学び、将来のFC独立可否を見極めます。

【1日の流れ(例)】

10:00 駅集合車両長の社用車で出発

10:30 朝礼(目標/KPI/トーク確認)

11:00〜13:00 訪問(一次アプローチ/再訪)

13:00〜14:00 休憩(移動)

14:00〜17:00 訪問(診断日程の打合せ/再訪)

17:00〜17:30 同行商談・現調の手伝い(機会があれば)

17:30〜18:00 日報・CRM入力・録音メモ

18:30 現場解散(原則残業なし)

実働時間:1日あたり8時間

平均勤務日数:1ヶ月あたり18日 〜 21日

・10:00〜19:00(休憩2h)※冬期9:00〜18:00

・直行直帰可/最寄駅集合チームで現場へ移動

・原則残業なし

・完全週休2日制(基本:月・火)/年間休日110日

・成果休暇あり(目標前倒し達成で残り全休可)

基本給:月給 25万円 〜

固定残業代:なし

【一律手当】

全員に一律で支払われる通勤・皆勤・家族手当金額:なし

全員に一律で支払われるその他手当金額:なし

・月給25万円+各種歩合(契約歩合/アポイント歩合/クロージング歩合)

・昇給:随時(2か月ごと査定に連動)

・賞与:年2回(月給約2か月分目安)

給与例


・1年目:300万円〜450万円

・2年目:350万円〜1,200万円

・5年目:450万円〜2,000万円
