【仕事内容】

≪未経験から営業の世界へステップアップ≫

中小企業へ向けて、自社の採用支援サービスをご提案するお仕事です。

事前にアポイントのある企業への"反響営業"だから、飛び込みやテレアポはナシ

まずは先輩の商談に同席しながら、提案方法やヒアリングのコツを学びます。

慣れてきたら、担当顧客の課題を整理し、最適なプランを一緒に考えるフェーズへ
