経営企画部のミッションは、アド&メディアカンパニーの経営戦略の策定、実行、および進捗管理を一元的に担い、さらにはリスクマネジメントやコンプライアンス体制も含めた、事業全体の羅針盤として機能することです。市場動向、競合分析、社内データを深く洞察し、最適な事業ポートフォリオの構築と、各部門が最大のパフォーマンスを発揮できるような経営支援を通じて、カンパニーの価値向上に貢献します。

業務内容
広告ビジネス部門におけるリスク管理・コンプライアンス・情報セキュリティルール遵守の体制構築・運用

<業務詳細>

教育・研修:

・リスク・コンプライアンス・情報セキュリティに関する教育コンテンツ(eラーニング、研修資料など)の企画・作成

・eラーニング等の受講対象者リスト作成、受講状況のチェックと受講促進

リスク管理:

・広告ビジネスにおけるリスクの洗い出し、リスクマネジメント計画の策定・実行

・インシデント発生時の情報管理、再発防止策の策定・実施、報告書作成

・災害発生時等の危機管理対応

・JICDAQ認証(ブランドセーフティ・アドフラウド対策)更新における広告関連業務チェック

コンプライアンス:

・コンプライアンス事業担当者リストの更新管理

・コンプライアンスプログラム(課題と対策)の分析・策定・運用

情報セキュリティ:

・情報セキュリティに関するヒアリング、ISMS対応状況のモニタリング、対応促進、報告書作成

情報発信:

・リスク・コンプライアンス・情報セキュリティに関する事業内ポータルサイトの管理・更新

・上記業務に関連するレポート作成、資料作成

ステークホルダー:

主な関係者:広告事業の営業部門、広告運用部門、メディア運営部門などの事業部門

連携先:ヘッドクオーター組織のリスク管理、コンプライアンス、セキュリティ部門

報告先:カンパニー上層部

<業務の進め方>

「教育→モニタリング→評価→改善→報告・コミュニケーション」のサイクルを構築し、継続的なリスク管理体制の強化を目指します。

例:ISMSに関するリスク管理の場合

1.ISMSに関する教育コンテンツを作成・提供

2.ISMS対応状況のモニタリングをし、情報収集

3.収集した情報を分析し、改善策を策定

4.改善策を実行し、効果を評価

5.結果を報告書にまとめ、関係各所に報告

6.上記サイクルを継続的に実施

<責任範囲>

入社後は、部署マネージャーの指示のもと、モニタリングや情報整理、分析フォーマットに基づいた資料作成など、業務に必要な基礎スキルを習得していただきます。

将来的には、教育コンテンツの企画・作成、上層部への報告書作成など、より専門性の高い業務をお任せします。

最終的には、コンプライアンス等の特定のテーマにおいて、教育から報告・コミュニケーションまでのサイクルを自律的に構築し、推進できる人材へと成長していただくことを期待しています。

<英語使用場面>

グローバル部門との連携があるため、教育コンテンツ等において日本語版と英語版の作成が必要となる場合があります。

・シニアマネージャー:楽天グループ在籍20年。ユーザーサポート、メディア運営、データガバナンス、コンプライアンス、広告審査などの業務経験があります。

その経験を活かし、またいい意味でそれを捨て、新しいリスク・コンプライアンス管理体制を構築していきたいと思っています。

・マネージャー:広告審査の専門家として、広告表現に関する深い知識と豊富な経験を有しています。リスク管理の視点から、広告の品質向上に貢献しています。

・アシスタントマネージャー:元公務員という経歴を持ち、法令遵守に関する高い意識と、論理的な思考力を活かして、リスク管理体制の強化に貢献しています。

それぞれの専門知識や経験を共有し、互いに協力し合うことで、より高度なリスク管理を目指しています。

必須要件:
経験:

以下のいずれかの業務経験を2年以上お持ちの方

・リスクマネジメント

・コンプライアンス

・内部監査
