【仕事内容】

<大手ゼネコン取引多数・創業50年以上安定企業>

建材商社の建築施工管理職をお任せします。

【 具体的な仕事内容 】

・元請けとの打ち合わせ

  • 大手ゼネコンから専門工事を請け負っており現場との折衝業務を実施します。

・工事予算管理、工程管理

  • 営業部と連携しながら進めます

・建材納入作業の管理

・協力会社との打ち合わせ及び発注

・職人の安全衛生管理

ALC(軽量気泡コンクリートパネル)・ECP(押出成形セメント板)の販売・施工を中心に多くのスーパーゼネコンとの関係性があります。埼玉スーパーアリーナや新宿ピカデリーなどの工事にも携わっています。近年では、ワークライフバランスの充実に力を入れています。

【年収・給与】

<月収目安>350,000円~400,000円 +残業代別途支給<年収目安>5,000,000円~9,000,000円※上記は想定の月収・年収になります。※経験やスキルを考慮したうえで決定になります。

  • 通勤手当:全額支給
  • 役職手当:会社規定による

【勤務時間】

08:40~17:00実働7時間20分 休憩60分※毎週月曜日のみ朝礼開催のため8時20分~17時まで就業 (実働7時間40分)
