・施工管理は、工事が計画通り完成するように工程、品質、安全、原価を管理する仕事です。

各作業は全て協力業者が行います。

発注者や協力業者等と打ち合わせ・調整をしながら、建設工事全体を管理するお仕事です。

「安全管理」から覚えていって貰います。

・マンションや工場、店舗を特に得意とし、顧客の満足する建物を

勤務時間・曜日:

8:00~17:00 変形労働時間制(1年単位)

月平均:27時間

36協定における特別条項:あり

受注が集中した時、予め従業員本人に通告の上、年6回を限度として1カ月75時間まで延長できる

各建築の現場へ自家用車で直行直帰。

県外への転勤はありません。

給与:

固定残業代あり:月給 ¥230,100 〜 ¥303,500は1か月当たりの固定残業代¥58,000〜¥76,000(45時間相当分)を含む。45時間を超える残業代は追加で支給する。

待遇・福利厚生:

通勤手当:実費支給(上限なし)

資格手当:2千円〜3万円/月(担当課長代理以下)

監理職手当:職位に応じ14千円〜23万円/月

免許手当:施工管理技士等資格に応じて

該当者には家族、住居、特殊作業、所長手当あり。

休日等割増賃金。その他:社長特別褒賞制度他

現場手当:1500円/月(夏季は2500円)

再雇用制度あり:60~65歳
