仕事内容
ビルの管理・運営※建物管理計画の策定~報告など【年休125日/夜勤無/7時間勤務/土日祝休/大阪府】
【仕事内容】
既存顧客が所有する施設(主にオフィスビル)のビルの管理・運営を行っていただきます。
担当となるビルの巡回を行いながらビルの維持管理をミッションとして、メンテナンスのフォローなどを行います。

※現場での実際のメンテナンスや修繕などは行いません。窓口的な業務が中心となります。
- 担当業務:
「東京海上グループ」各社やグループ外の既存顧客が所有する施設(主にオフィスビル)に常駐し、ビルマネジメント業務を担当します。
※ビルオーナーや入居テナント様のご要望に対して調整や提案なども行います。
- 業務について:
快適で機能的なビル環境を維持する為、ルーティンのメンテナンス管理を行いながら、ビルメンテナンス責任者として、
施設・設備などの経営資源(ファシリティ)について最良のパフォーマンスとなるよう総合的・戦略的にビル運営を行います。
- 詳細:
(1)ビルの機能・環境の維持:
ビルの設備・環境を適切に維持できるよう、設備・清掃・警備等のビルメンテナンス会社や改修工事を行う施工関連会社のトータルマネジメントを行います。
具体的には、各協力会社の業務管理・改善指示、見積徴収・査定、技術検討等を行います。
(2)ビルの運営:
管理業務、改修工事等、ビル運営全般に関して、ビルオーナーへの業務報告を行うとともに積極的な改善提案を行います。
また、入居者からの要望等に対し、入居者・ビルオーナー両者の立場に立って改善策を検討します。

【年収例】400万円~650万円(25歳~44歳:例)【月収例】250,000円~450,000円(25歳~44歳:例)※賞与・残業・各手当込※年収例はあくまでも目安の金額であり、選考を通じて上下する可能性があります。※上記年収例は総合職(転勤の可能性あり)の金額となっております。 エリア限定社員を希望の場合は上記年収より2割程度下がる可能性がございます。賞与昇給残業代別途全額支給

年間有給休暇12日~20日(下限日数は、入社半年経過後の付与日数となります)
