Closely working with team head and proceeding with HR regular operations to enhance processes as the team lead.

Participating in global/regional/local projects to grasp the plans, policies, and objectives, involving team members in project execution, and collaborating with project teams and local team head to accomplish goals.

Engaging with stakeholders to provide high-quality HR services in compliance with regulations, policies, and governance.

  • Handling end-to-end process for regular delivery services (benefits programs, on/off boarding, medical checks, statutory labor service/management, etc., excluding payroll).
  • Operating HR systems, generating reports, and interpreting data (Workday/ServiceNow).
  • Analyzing data, quality, and FAQ in HR portal CRS to enhance/solve issues.
  • Supporting and cultivating offshore CRS team in Dalian.
  • Participating in global/regional/local projects for payroll audits and process enhancement.
  • Planning project scopes and timelines with the team head, and pursuing goals.
  • Fostering teamwork towards team goals and project success.
  • Integrating technology and automation to streamline operations and checkpoints.
  • Engaging with stakeholders and vendors to validate suitable solutions for operations and systems.
  • Addressing inquiries related to HR delivery services (general inquiries, benefits, on/off-boarding, etc.).
  • Handling invoices and other administrative tasks related to HR operations.
  • Proficiency in English communications (TOEIC 730 or higher).
  • Knowledge of HR operations/labor laws and compliance perspectives.
  • Demonstrating flexibility and determined attitude.

Qualifications for Application

  • Demonstrated experience in HR operations, with a minimum of 5 years.
  • Deep understanding of HR processes, encompassing employee data management, benefits administration, onboarding/offboarding, and HR systems.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with keen attention to detail.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal abilities to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in Japanese (Native level) and intermediate English (TOEIC 750 and above).
  • Capability to thrive in a dynamic setting, handling multiple priorities and meeting deadlines.
  • Experience in managing small teams is a plus.
