【具体的な業務内容】

・オウンドメディア運用やSNS運用、コンテンツマーケティングなどのWEBプロモーション

・キャンペーンやイベント企画・運営

・販促物企画・制作

・広告宣伝

・プロモーション

・ライティング(プレスリリースの作成)

・顧客へのDM配信(LINE・メール)

【今後の展望】

昨対比、200%成長中です。今後の展望としては、日本に新しい飲料メーカーを作っていきたいと考えております。機能性飲料(健康志向)に目を向けているアメリカへの海外展開も強化していく予定です。

【募集背景】

増員募集となります。同社はオーガニック、プラントベースというグローバルニッチなプロダクトを日本のスタンダードにして変えていく事業のビジネスモデル確立に向けて、上流ポジションから採用を進めております。

今後はブランド開発、EC事業の強化、食×デジタル×サステナブルのデジタルプラットフォーム構築、海外出店など、組織や事業を拡大するフェーズにあるため、増員での募集となります。

【勤務時間】09:00〜18:00(実働8時間・休憩1時間)

時間外労働の有無:あり/月平均10時間

居住地や希望を考慮して8:00〜17:00を固定勤務時間にすることもできます。

【給与】

350万円〜550万円

月給制 基本給230000円〜

残業代全額支給
