Description and Requirements

Team Leadership:
Lead and mentor a team of Multimedia Support Engineer, ensuring efficient and effective support operations.

Audiovisual and Videoconference Technology Management:
Oversee the setup, testing, maintenance, and operation of audiovisual, videoconference and digital signage equipment.

Technical Support:
Provide advanced technical support for audiovisual and videoconference systems, including troubleshooting and resolving complex issues.

Preventive Maintenance:
Conduct regular preventive maintenance checks and ensure all audiovisual equipment is in optimal working condition.

Reporting:
Prepare and present monthly reports on room usage, equipment maintenance, and preventive maintenance schedules.

Process Improvement:
Maintain and improve processes for troubleshooting, customer issue resolution, and asset management.

User Training and Consultation:
Provide consultation and training to end users on multimedia technologies and best practices.

Event Support:

Facilitate the smooth operation of live events, executive meetings, and conferences by managing audiovisual systems and addressing technical issues promptly.


Technology Updates:
Stay updated with the latest audiovisual and videoconference technologies and implement new solutions as needed.
