Job Description:
Manages the temporary group for the Japan project.
Acts as the resolver for client SCCM/WSUS operations in the Japan region.
Oversees SSO user management, including additions, deletions, password resets, and junction updates.
Responds to Win11PJ-related incidents and manages the knowledge base.
Serves as the client EUC counterpart, holding approval authority for RUs, changes, and SLAs.
Drives end-user experience improvements and ensures compliance reporting and governance.
