職務内容
- スキルトレーニングのインストラクターとして当社の各種研修プログラムを実施していただきます。
- 担当する研修コース運営の役割も担います。
- 当社営業やソリューションコンサルタント、開発部門の各担当と連携し、担当インストラクターとして各種営業支援を行うこともあります。
対象となる方
- 研修講師の実務経験3年以上、もしくはそれと同等スキルのある方
- 企業の人材育成・組織開発分野での研修企画・実施・運営などの実務経験のある方
- 人材開発、組織開発の専門性をお持ちの方、尚可
- 管理職経験者優遇
- 55歳以下の方(30代、40代の方優遇)
契約形態・募集人数
- 契約形態 : 1年ごとの業務委託契約(更新あり)
