仕事内容:

■有名な乳製品・飲料のマネジメント業務

スタッフをサポートしながら担当エリア全体の売上向上や適正なセンター運営を行います。

~1年目~

実際にスタッフのお仕事を経験していただきます。「健康アドバイザー」として乳製品・飲料商品をとおして、お客さまに健康をお届けするのが主な仕事です。

~2年目~

2年目以降は販売促進やスタッフのマネジメント方法など、業務知識を習得します。

~3年目~

3年目以降はセンターのマネージャーとして独り立ちセンター運営をお願いします。

9:00 朝礼

9:10 お届け開始

住宅やオフィスに乳製品・飲料商品をお届けします。

ステキな笑顔で、健康をお届けしましょう

13:00 センターに帰ります

~休憩~

14:00 売り上げ集計・明日のお届け準備

15:00 商品発注作業などマネージャーのサポート業務

16:30 退社 今日も1日お疲れ様でした

16:30退社なので、夕方以降の時間を

9:00~16:30(休憩60分)

賞与年2回

2年目以降は身分変更に伴い、年収が約50万円程度アップします。
