<職務内容>

日産自動車のR&D部門において、私たちのグループは「視界サポートシステム」(外装ランプ、ワイパー、ミラー、カメラ、ホーンなど)の実験技術開発を担っています。
世界中のお客様に安全で安心な運転視界環境を提供するため、最先端のシステムをグローバル市場へ投入する役割を担い、設計特性値や要件の策定から評価手法の開発・標準化まで幅広く担当します。
具体的には、
・新車及び新規システムの市場投入に向けた走行実験の企画・実行、およびデータ計測・分析を通じて、目標達成度を評価します。
・各国の法規や市場ニーズに基づき、評価条件や基準の策定・標準化を推進します。
開発初期から製品化まで一貫して携わることで、グローバルな視点でクルマの未来を創り出す、やりがいのあるポジションです。

②具体的な担当業務内容と、自部署内外で期待される役割、ポジション
視界システムの保証範囲を明確にするため、以下の5つの視点からアプローチしています。
・法規・情報公開試験:各国の法規制や公的な試験項目の把握・対応
・お客様の使われ方:実際のユーザーがどのように製品を使用するかの分析
・環境:気象や道路状況など多様な環境条件への対応
・人体特性:ドライバーや歩行者など人間の特性や反応の考慮
・最新の作動ロジック:先進的な制御アルゴリズムやシステム挙動の反映
これらの観点をもとに、システムの設計特性値や要件を策定し、評価手法を開発。開発プロジェクト(Proj)へ適用することで、製品の安全性・信頼性を高めるエンジニアリング業務を担います。
また、部署内では各専門分野のエキスパートとしてメンバーをリードし、部署外では設計・生産・品質管理・海外拠点など多様な関係部門と連携しながら、グローバルな視点でプロジェクト推進の中核を担うポジションです。
