・住所の変更

・ポイント照会

・アプリの使用方法

お客様の「困った」にお応えするおしごと。

3カ月に1月チャット対応のみの月あり

クレーム対応はすぐに代わります

マニュアル通りではないイレギュラーな内容も

頼れるリーダーにバトンタッチでOK

1時間あたり5件程度の対応でOK

午前と午後に一回ずつ小休憩もあります。

9:45 ミーティング

~周知事項の引継ぎなど~

10:00 お問合せ受付対応

11:00 小休憩(10分)

12:45 昼食休憩(60分)

18:15 業務終了

基本給:時給 1500円 〜 1600円

交通費別途全額支給

約2ヶ月の研修が終わったら

時給1500円にみーんなUP

その後も頑張り次第で

1年で+100~200円程度昇給してますよ。*
