仕事の内容
当社の「帳票DX」「カミレス」「ソアスク」などの自社SaaS製品を組み合わせ、必要に応じて外部サービスも活用しながら、お客様に最適な業務ソリューションを提供します。単なる帳票開発やSIに留まらず、オンボーディングを成功させるための導入支援コンサルティングにも関わり、お客様とのコミュニケーションを通じて課題整理〜提案〜実装まで一気通貫で担えるポジションです。
また、当社は必要に応じてSaaSの一環としてWebアプリケーションを構築・提供します。単発のSIで終わるのではなく、導入後も運用フェーズまで見据え、要件や環境の変化(セキュリティ要件・業務要件の更新など)に合わせて継続的に改善しながら、お客様と長く伴走できることが特徴です。フルスタック志向で、上流工程にも携わりたい方にフィットします。
<具体的には>
- 自社SaaS製品(帳票DX/カミレス/ソアスク等)を軸にしたソリューション設計・開発
- お客様要件のヒアリング、課題整理、提案(導入支援・オンボーディング含む)
- SaaS連携を前提としたWebアプリケーションの設計・開発・運用
- 外部SaaS/API等を組み合わせた機能実装、データ連携設計
- クラウド環境を活用した構成設計・運用(可用性/セキュリティ/コスト最適化)
- 外部SaaS/API連携による機能実装、データ連携設計(認証/権限/ログ設計含む)
- パフォーマンス最適化・セキュリティ対策(要件に応じた対応)
- 生成AI等の各種AIサービスを活用した提案、開発、業務効率化の推進
必須応募条件
- オープン系言語の開発経験をお持ちの方(選考中にプログラミングテストを受験いただきます)

勤務時間
9:00~17:30(休憩1時間)
時差出勤制度があり、勤務時間の変更も可能です。
給与
年収700万円~900万円
昇給

完全週休2日制(土日祝)・年次有給休暇(初年度10日)・傷病休暇・慶弔休暇・年末年始休暇(12/30~1/4)
