ホール・キッチン調理スタッフの募集
キッチンでの調理業務をはじめとし、アルバイトスタッフの教育、メニュー開発や店舗管理、幅広い仕事を経験してレベルUPしていただきます

※45時時間残業した場合(218時間勤務)
深夜手当:22時以降は時給25%

■メニュー提案・・・お店の名物料理や基本レシピはありますが、季節メニュー、日替わりメニューは現場社員の裁量に任せています。
■顧客管理・・・お客様と信頼関係を築き再来店に繋げます
■店舗コスト管理・・・仕入、シフト管理など
■マネジメント業務・・・アルバイト育成
■オペレーション業務・・・仕込、調理、清掃などスタッフと協力して行います
■店舗運営に関わる業務全般を行っていただきます
●のちのちは、マネージャーとして活躍社員を増やして、新規出店の立ち上げも
≪経験の浅い方は・・・≫調理補助からスタート
未経験者は簡単な調理補助から
仕入、仕込み、調理全般
お料理に合わせたお酒の提供
お客様との信頼関係構築
洗い物や片付け、清掃
レジ、店舗運営に関わる業務と
