今回募集する製造管理職は、

将来の組織づくりを担うコアポジション。

管理職経験がある方はもちろん歓迎ですが、

製造業界が未経験の方でも

【仕事内容】

担当していただくのは、

当社の主力部門である産業用電子機器の

製造工程におけるマネジメント業務です。

取り扱う製品は、医療機器・産業用装置・

成形機の制御盤・ガソリンスタンド向けの

計量器など多岐にわたります。

少量多品種のため、

やりがいもしっかり感じられますよ。

具体的には、

・製造ラインの進捗管理、工程管理

・メンバーの育成(10~15名程度)

・メンバーの指導、勤怠管理

・品質チェック、安全管理

・部署間との調整業務 など

現場全体をまとめながら支えるお仕事です。

入社後は、製品の種類や流れを理解するため

先輩とともに現場を回り、

業務のポイントを丁寧にお伝えします。

部門には経験豊富な先輩が揃っており、

業界知識・製造工程・管理の進め方など、

入社後は段階的にフォローします。
