全国に50院以上を展開する整骨院グループで、

院長サポート・施術補助スタッフを募集します

院長のアシスタントとして院運営全般を支えるポジションです。

受付や患者対応などの事務業務だけでなく、

施術補助や院の運営サポートなど、幅広く関わることができる仕事です。

未経験からでも、院全体を支える「縁の下の力持ち」として活躍いただきます。

患者様から「ありがとう」と声をかけていただける瞬間も多いお仕事です

<仕事内容>

整骨院運営業務のサポートをお願いします

(詳細)

・院長のサポート(施術準備、患者様対応、院内運営補助)

・受付・電話対応・予約管理

・患者様への提案業務(回数券のご案内等)

・施術準備・患者様の誘導などの施術補助

※黙々と事務作業を行うだけでなく、

施術サポートとして現場にも関わっていただきます。

ときには近隣店舗のサポートに入ることもあり、

人と関わるのが好きな方にぴったりです。

勤務時間・曜日:

◎勤務時間

9:30〜20:30(実働8時間)

【営業時間】

午前:10:00~14:00

午後:16:00~20:00

週1.5日制(週5+半日勤務・祝祭日はお休み)

給与:

固定残業代あり:月給 ¥287,000 〜 ¥400,000は1か月当たりの固定残業代¥57,900(36時間相当分)を含む。36時間を超える残業代は追加で支給する。

月給:287,000円〜

・研修期間中:278,000円〜

※固定残業代を超える時間外労働分は別途支給します。
