Role Summary

The role is primarily responsible for account management, the planning, design, facilitation, execution and maintenance of the complete shopper path to purchase within our retail partners regionally. Reporting to the Head of Retail Experience, APAC and Japan GM.

To own & manage the day-day channel development of our Sonos business in Japan, working closely with the local Sales team, regional REX team under the direction of the Japan GM.

The scope includes but is not limited to:

Account management (Commercial) : Day-to-day category & channel management supporting activities with our key account, owning and delivering high impact channel marketing and performance-driven campaigns. This also includes budgeting and sales planning with our partners focusing on revenue and sell-out.

Partner Retail / Etail Experience (Marketing) : Bring the brand to life in our retail environments, across retailer media, etail and in-store within a well planned insight-driven, targeted program and calendar of activity; for product launches, joint-marketing programs/promotions, Joint Business Plan initiatives and in-store display. Work with the Japan GM, key account managers, the APAC regional REX team, and global FTE on planning and execution.

Objectives - FY24

Channel Investment : Identify opportunities for growth and improvement with existing accounts by analyzing category data, ST by retailer/stores, Etail, and Retail displays and experience. Including:

Managing MDF/OPEX/CAPEX budget for Channel

Identify stores with highest opportunity of growth - Review investment and improvement opportunity by each key retailer to identify optimal expansion plan (product and stores)

Impact of investment in etail vs physical displays
