仕事内容
コージェネレーションを中心としたエネルギープラントの設計・技術提案・施工監理などを担当。経験に応じてプロジェクト管理や育成、指導もお任せ。
具体的には
コージェネレーションを中心とするエネルギープラントを設計いただきます。
・お客さまの電気や蒸気の使用量や使用方法に合わせて、発電設備・ボイラなどの設備を組み合わせて、最適な電気と蒸気を供給するプラントシステムを構築し、ご提案から竣工までを担当いただきます(施工管理は別の担当者が付きます)。
・お客さま(工場等)や工事会社(メーカー含む)との打ち合わせから現地調査、仕様検討、予算管理、設計、試運転までの一連の流れをご担当いただきます。プロジェクトリーダーとして工事会社や社内関係者を取りまとめて、工場の工務課や設備管理の方々とコミュニケーションを取りながら、プロジェクトを推進していただきます。

- 下記いずれかのご経験が当てはまる方
・エネルギー関連設備の設計のご経験。
・工場向け各種設備の設備設計(メーカー設計含む)。
・高圧以上の受配電設備の設計、施工のご経験。
・プラント設備の電気計装設計、施工のご経験、またはそれに並ぶご経験。

給与:月給28万円~40万円+諸手当+賞与年2回

30代前半:614万円
30代後半:678万円
40代前半:767万円
※残業・特別賞与・その他手当含む金額の例となります(残業平均20h程度)
昇給・賞与:昇給:年1回
賞与:年2回(6月、12月)/約4ヶ月分
※別途利益還元賞与あり(6月)
諸手当:住宅補助:2万円~2万4千円/月(支給基準あり)
- 育児手当:1人あたり5,000円/月(22歳未満の子を扶養に入れている場合)
