日本最大級の民泊事業を展開する当社で、宿泊事業運営スタッフを募集します

ホスピタリティを活かして人と関わるのが好きな方、チャット中心でスピード感のある環境で活躍したい方、そして英語力を活かしてキャリアを広げたい方を探しています

旅行中のゲスト様にとって"いちばん身近なサポーター"として、快適な滞在をサポートするお仕事です。

チャット・メールを中心としたお問い合わせ対応がメインで、

電話対応は必要に応じて行います。

▼具体的な業務内容

・チャット・メールでのお問い合わせ対応

・必要に応じた電話対応

・対応内容の社内共有・報告・連携

・宿泊施設のリスティング広告作成・更新

・見積りや契約関連の書類作成

・クライアント進捗管理

・稟議申請やシミュレーション作成(物件を民泊として貸出した場合の利益計算など)

・その他、担当者から依頼された営業・事務関連の案件

ゲストから直接「ありがとう」の言葉をもらえる、やりがいあふれるポジションです。

海外のゲスト対応にも挑戦でき、フロントへのお問い合わせが落ち着いているタイミングでは事務作業にも挑戦していただきます

営業事務や宿泊運営の幅広い経験を積むことで、将来的には事業部長のサポートやチームマネジメント、クライアントワークの補助など、キャリアアップも目指せるポジションです。

求める人材:

【必須要件】

・フロント業務またはカスタマーサポートのご経験がある方

・週4日以上の勤務が可能な方

・土日祝を含むシフトにご対応いただける方

・一般的なビジネスマナー(電話応対、メール対応など)

・一般的なPCスキル(Excel・チャットツール・業務システムなどの基本操作)

・状況に応じて臨機応変に対応できる方

・英語での簡単な読み書き・コミュニケーションができる方

勤務時間・曜日:

週4日~

①8:00〜17:00

②9:00〜18:00

③14:00〜23:00

うちどれかでシフト制

シフトは柔軟に対応しますので、まずは希望を教えてください。
