仕事内容


社内SE(生成AIシステム)フルフレックス/実働7h/週3~4リモート

【仕事内容】

デロイトグループが開発した生成AIシステムの運用・改善を行い、グループの成長を支える生成AIを利用したシステムの開発と運用に携わっていただきます。

【業務】

(60%)Deloitteで開発している生成AIアプリのプロダクト管理、運用業務

(例:アプリ・機能追加、問い合わせ対応、障害対応、ナレッジ管理、システムアップデート、利活用の推進、それに関わる管理業務 )

(30%)

・インシデント、プロブレムの調査、対策

・生成AIシステムの改善計画の立案、提案、実行

(10%)その他の管理業務、調整業務(レポート作成、他部署との調整、予算管理、要員マネジメント、ベンダー管理、発注)等

・システムの運用管理

・システムのインシデント対応と不具合対応

・生成AIを利用したアプリ開発のプロジェクト管理

・システムの継続的な改善や予算作成、予算管理
