A. 完全反響型販売で、購入意欲の高いお客様が来店されます。テレアポや飛び込み営業は一切ありません。

Q. 未経験でも大丈夫?

A. スタッフの9割が業界未経験からスタート車の知識はゼロから学べます。研修期間中は先輩スタッフが同行してサポートします。

固定残業代あり:月給 ¥280,000 〜 ¥400,000は1か月当たりの固定残業代¥49,700〜¥71,000(30時間相当分)を含む。30時間を超える残業代は追加で支給する。

年収:¥3,360,000~¥4,800,000(※賞与別)
