We're now hiring opening staff for our brand-new vegan sushi restaurant
※ From June 2024 to November 2025, we operated in Shibuya as a pop-up in a shared space.
Starting this November, we'll open our newly built flagship location in Shibuya

You'll serve guests in English while communicating with your teammates in Japanese.

We're hiring part-time front-of-house staff
(All daily conversations and communication on LINE are conducted in Japanese.
Especially during business hours, fast and smooth communication in Japanese is required, so JLPT N3 level (or equivalent) is necessary.)

【Job Details】
You'll be mainly working in customer service, supporting overall restaurant operations.
Since most of our customers are from abroad, English is used in most interactions.
*No need to speak Japanese perfectly
* It's totally OK to use Google Translate.

・Lunch : 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM (45-min break, free vegan staff meal included)

Step 1: Document Screening

Step 2: Mutual Interview (1–2 sessions, 30 min each)
We'll have a two-way conversation — asking and answering questions to see if there's a good fit between you and Vcook's culture and values.
Interviews are usually held at the shop, but online is also possible for those living far away.
Step 3: 1-Day Trial Shift
You'll spend a day working with us to see how it feels on both sides.
This is a chance for us to understand each other through real tasks and teamwork.
Step 4: Trial Period (Approx. 14 Shifts)
You'll begin working regular shifts as part of a trial.
During this time, we'll support you in growing from the training phase to being fully independent.
We'll also use this time to confirm if we're a strong match in both skills and culture.
Step 5: Final Offer & Feedback Session
We'll reflect on the trial period together, give mutual feedback, and align on your official start as a part-time team member.
We'll also confirm your preferred schedule and start date.
Full-time positions are also available based on performance, potential, and passion.
