募集背景・業務概要:

金融サービスのAPI基盤を新規に構築し、データ連携の統一と拡張性の向上を進めています。要件整理と設計方針の策定を進めるため、上流工程を担える人材を募集します。品質基準を明確化し、長期運用に備えます。お任せする業務:

要件定義から基本設計を中心に、API仕様の整理と非機能要件の整備を担当いただきます。関係部門との合意形成を進め、設計の妥当性を担保します。レビュー観点を共有し、設計品質を高めます。非機能要件の整理と性能観点の共有を行い、設計の妥当性を高めます。関係者レビューを通じて、合意形成を進めます。

お客様の単価を100%開示しています。単価と給与が連動するから、頑張りや成果がダイレクトに収入に反映される仕組みです。

・月給に単価連動型の歩合給を支給。

・還元率:メンバークラスで75~80%、リーダークラスで85%~90%の高水準を実現

・単価アップ時に即時昇給反映

・賞与年2回(計2ヶ月分)
