【プログラム内容】
①会社概要説明
– 「旭光とはどんな会社か?」
– 金属加工の技術/事業分野の解説
– 宇宙・航空・鉄道・建設機械など最先端産業との関わり
➁工場見学ツアー
– 実際の製造ライン・使用機械・製品紹介
– 若手社員が使っている加工設備や現場の雰囲気を体感
③質疑応答タイム
– 実際の職種、キャリア、入社後のギャップなども直接聞けます
