The RoleRole:
Senior Accountant (Fluent in Japanese & English)
We are seeking an experienced Senior Accountant to join our finance team in Japan.
This role requires strong accounting expertise and the ability to manage books independently while ensuring compliance with local regulations and global standards.
Your SkillsLanguage Proficiency:
Native-level Japanese and fluent English (written and spoken).
Accounting Expertise:
Solid knowledge of JGAAP and IFRS; CPA or equivalent qualification preferred.
Independence:
Ability to manage full accounting cycle autonomously, including month-end and year-end closing.
Systems Knowledge:
Experience with ERP systems (SAP preferred).
Analytical Ability:
Strong attention to detail and ability to provide accurate financial reporting.
Experience:
Prior experience in accounting within retail, fashion, or luxury industries is a plus.
