【仕事内容】

■担当業務

食品工場の建築物、建築設備の小規模な補修、改修、新築工事を主に担当していただきます。各案件において、以下の業務を一貫して実施します。

  • 工事仕様の検討、2.簡易な設計、3. 予算案の作成、4.発注、5.元請けとしての施工管理

■職務詳細

大手食品メーカーの国内工場に常駐し、建物や建築設備、生産設備にかかわる基礎、架台等の構造物、道路等を対象とした小規模な補修、改修工事を担当します。業務は、場内に常駐する施工会社、外部の設計事務所と協力して行います。

大型の撤去工事、新築工場建設工事を請け負った場合は、機械、電気などの他部門と連携して業務を行います。

食品工場の安定稼働を支えるために、小規模の補修、改修工事を数多く行っています。規模が小さいため、建築、建築設備(電気は除く)どちらも担当していただく場合があります。

【給与】

770-940万円
