About The Job
施設管理部の一員として、下記業務をご担当頂きます。
SecretaryはDirector of Engineeringにレポートします。
As Secretary, you will be responsible for the following duties:
・Responsible to Director of Engineering for proper and efficient management of the Engineering Office and Workshop.
・Written and verbal translation for Director of Engineering Managing the administrative systems in the Engineering Division in accordance with instructions and guidance from Director of Engineering.
・Managing key areas of office administration, engineering colleagues administration, internal & external correspondence, filing & record management, colleagues training for Engineering Office and Workshop
