【仕事内容】
私たちエンジニアリング部は、お客様のビジネスを成功に導くため、上流工程から下流工程まで一貫してチームでプロジェクトを進めます。
ポイントは常駐派遣やSESではないので、社内開発で安心してチームで開発経験を積めることです。
モダンで快適なオフィスでプロジェクトを進めていきますので、長く安心してスキルアップすることが可能です。
具体的にお願いしたい業務は、システム開発プロジェクトにおけるプロジェクト管理業務をお任せします。
慣れて自走できるようになるまではレベルに応じたサイズのプロジェクトからご担当いただきます。
ゆくゆくは大規模プロジェクト全体を回せるようなハイエンドのエンジニアになりたい方にはぴったりのポジションです。
案件は多種多様ですので皆さんのスキルにあったものから始めていただきます。

・プロジェクトの全体管理(QCD管理)
・要件定義、基本設計、各種レビュー
・顧客との交渉および調整
・課題解決
・要員管理

【求める人材】
■求めるスキル・経験【必須】
・プロジェクトマネジメントまたはプロジェクトリーダーの経験(1年以上)
・上流工程の経験(要件定義、基本設計)
