■ 勤務地 名古屋 ■ 等級レベル エキスパート(B4~B2) ■ 選考部署 戦略本部 販売店改善支援部 オペレーション改善室 ■ 部署案内 ・物流改善支援部および販売店改善支援部は、トヨタの原点である「トヨタ生産方式」と「原価低減」による業務改善パッケージを展開することをミッションに、主に販売店向けにソリューション展開を行っている部署です。

・販売店改善支援部は、販売店が持つ課題を現場に赴いて把握し(現地現物)、システムの立案~導入~開発~運用までトータルかつワンストップでサポートしています。また事業収益管理、オペレーション改善の企画立案を行っています。 ■ 役割 自動車販売店の「もっと働きやすく、もっとお客様に喜んでいただける仕組みづくり」をサポートする仕事です。

トヨタ生産方式による業務改善推進をミッションに、販売店業務の改善支援を行います。

トヨタ生産方式の考え方をベースにしていますが、特別な知識は不要です。

入社後の研修と先輩のサポートでゼロから学べます。

【具体的には】

・トヨタ生産方式と現場で培った改善ノウハウに基づき、現地現物で改善を実施

・必要なオペレーションやシステムの構築を行い、業務の効率化と顧客満足度向上を実現

・運用定着に向けたオペレーションの導入教育の実施

現状調査、問題点の明確化、目標設定、対策立案、対策実施、評価、導入教育、運用定着をチームで現地にて実施します。能力に応じて、チームスタッフもしくはチームリーダーとして活躍していただきます。 ■ 求める人物像 未経験歓迎学歴・職歴は問いません。

・社内外問わず、長期的な改善提案を行った経験 ■ あれば望ましい経験・スキル ・ITやシステムに関わった経験

・販売店業務に関わった経験(営業、エンジニアなど職種は問わず) ■ ポジションの魅力 ・様々な環境変化に追従するためには、今まで当たり前と考えてきた業務を変えていかなければなりません。その業務の改善を机上でなく、お客様のいる現地に赴き解決策を検討します。本当に困っている課題を自らの手で改善し、お客様に喜んでいただけるのを感じることができるのが大きな魅力です。

・ニーズがあれば、国内、海外問わず活躍のフィールドがあります。

・トヨタ生産方式は汎用的な問題解決スキルですので、ご経験を横展開し、異業種でも活躍の場を広げていくことが出来ます。この改善スキル、考え方を身に着けることが出来れば、将来的に多くの可能性を広げることが出来ます。
