6歳~18歳までの障がいをもった

就学児童の療育を中心に

日常生活をサポートしています。

【お仕事内容】

・お子様一人ひとりの合わせた療育支援

・日常生活のサポートや見守り

・お子様の送迎(AT車使用)

・カンタンな事務作業

(慣れてきたらお任せ) など

‧保育⼠資格をお持ちの方

‧児童指導員任⽤資格をお持ちの方

(幼稚園教諭、学校教員、社会福祉⼠、精神保健福祉⼠  など)

‧児童福祉施設での実務経験が2年以上ある⽅

‧⼤学で⼼理学、社会学、社会福祉学、教育学等を専修して卒業された⽅

勤務時間・曜日:

【平日】

10:00~19:00(休憩1時間)

【土曜日・長期休暇】

9:00~18:00(休憩1時間)

残業が発⽣した場合は別途残業⼿当⽀給

休暇・休日:

週休二日制(日曜+その他1日)

【その他の休暇】

・有給休暇

・お盆休暇(8/13~8/15)

・お正月休暇(12/30~1/3)

給与:

月給23万円~

+賞与年2~3回

+インセンティブ年3回(最大5万円/回)

頑張り次第で等級UP

残業が発⽣した場合は別途残業⼿当⽀給

‧資格取得⽀援あり(費⽤は全額会社負担)

・支援員 入社1年目/330万円

・管理者 入社3年目/450万円
