仕事内容:

ヘッドハンターのアシスタントとして、企業が求める人材のリサーチおよび資料作成を担当します。

「企業の求人に合致する人材を探し、お会いするきっかけをつくる」ことが主な役割です。

情報収集力が重要となる仕事です。

【具体的な業務内容】

◆候補者・企業情報のリサーチ

・自社データベース、WEB検索、SNS、特許情報、IR情報、文献 など

◆候補者へのスカウト

・手紙

・スカウトメール

◆資料作成

・候補者情報

・提案書

・その他ヘッドハンター業務に関わる資料作成

◆面談関連サポート

・候補者との面談設定

・ヘッドハンターの面談に同席

<評価制度>

・リサーチ決定件数に応じてポイントを付与

・ポイントに応じて月給へ加算(例:20ポイント=月1万円加算)

・ポイントは失効せず蓄積し続けるため、ベース給が上がり続ける仕組み

求める人材:

【必須要件】

・社会人経験3年以上

・営業経験(法人/個人不問)または営業アシスタント経験

・PCスキル(Word、Excel、PowerPoint)

勤務時間・曜日:

9:00〜17:30(休憩60分)

時間外:月平均40時間程度

休暇・休日:

土日祝休み(完全週休2日制)

■年末年始休暇

■有給休暇:14日〜20日(入社半年後10日付与)

勤務地:

・原則禁煙(喫煙専用スペースあり)

・転勤なし

アクセス:

地下鉄半蔵門線/半蔵門(1番出口)駅から徒歩2分

給与:

固定残業代あり:月給 ¥280,000 〜 ¥425,000は1か月当たりの固定残業代¥70,000〜¥106,250(40時間相当分)を含む。40時間を超える残業代は追加で支給する。

※選考を通じて決定

【その他手当】

・リサーチャーポイント手当:10,000円〜60,000円/月

(ポイントは永久不滅。獲得に応じて支給額が上昇)
