【職務内容】
みずほフィナンシャルグループ全体を対象としたAIによるデジタルトランスフォーメーションに向けて特に技術面から仕組みづくり、開発の指揮・管理、個別課題の解決を担っていただくポジション。
具体的には、チームメンバーや開発部隊と適切に連携しながら、以下の業務領域に対応。
■AWS Bedrock、Google Gemini、Azure OpenAIなどの生成AI技術を用いて、社内から出てきたアイデアを検証するためのアジャイルPoC開発・実行・評価
■顧客サービスの改善および新たなサービス開発のためのAIアプリケーションの設計、実装、テストを担当
■クラウド開発環境の標準化(ツール、ライブラリ、等の選定)と、それに伴うチームの技術基盤の整備
■大規模言語モデルの選定、プライベートLLMのセットアップ、ファインチューニング、LLMOpsの実施及びその運用に関するリスク管理と最適化
■大規模言語モデルの技術調査やAIチャット・AIエージェントの開発、プロンプトエンジニアリングの実施
■運用上の問題の早期発見および解決策の提案、改善策の実行を(その他詳細は面談にてお伝えします)(その他詳細は面談でお伝えします)
【求める人材】
【必須スキル・経験】
以下をすべて満たすこと
■Webアプリケーション開発においてフロントエンド/バックエンド/クラウドインフラのうちいずれかの開発経験が1年以上あること
■AI(生成AIを含む)を用いたシステム開発または業務改善の実務経験
■高いコミュニケーション能力とチームワークを意識した業務遂行能力
■プロジェクトマネジメントまたはチームマネジメントの経験があること
■生成AIを活用したシステム開発に高い関心を持っていること
【歓迎スキル・経験】
(必須ではないが、あるとプラス材料になるもの)
■クラウド(AWS、Azure、GCPいずれか)の知識
■Webアプリの開発経験(Python, JavaScript, HTML/CSS 等)
■事業部側との調整経験
■金融系システム開発のプロジェクトに従事した経験
■機械学習システム、ディープラーニングに関する知識
■分析的思考力、概念的思考力、クリティカル・シンキング力
