【お仕事内容】高齢者向け介護施設で、運営全般・マネジメント業務を担当します。売上・人件費管理、ご家族対応や契約手続き、スタッフの採用・育成・労務管理、設備管理など、施設全体を支える役割です。現場と経営をつなぐキーパーソンとしてご活躍いただけます。管理職としての成長が目指せます。
