【お仕事内容】お客様が安心して自宅での生活を続けられるよう、一人ひとりの思いや希望に寄り添った支援を行います。計画書や手順書の作成・管理、相談対応や手続き、スタッフの指導・連携など、訪問介護全体を支える役割です。現場にも関わりながら、質の高いケアの実現に貢献できる、やりがいあるお仕事です。
