(1) 07時00分~16時00分
(2) 09時00分~18時00分
(3) 10時00分~19時00分
(4) 16時00分~翌10時00分(夜勤、仮眠時間120分)

月給:190,659円~216,370円(前歴換算あり)
処遇改善手当:月額40,000円(介護福祉士の場合は45,000円)
地域手当:基本給の3%
夜勤手当:1回6,000円
年末年始手当:1日勤務で1回4,700円
賞与:年4.39ヶ月分(前年度実績)
