仕事内容


当社顧客の学習塾関連企業内にて社内システム関連の一次受け業務をお願いします。

1)動画編集・管理業務として、動画編集(授業動画・期間講習・単発)、スペース(チャット)作成、スケジュール管理など 2)教室からの問合せ一時対応として、取次、原因切り分け(取次先の判断・問合せへの対応)などをお願いします。

グループ会社AKKODiS委託チームへの派遣案件となり、安心して就業頂けます。

新横浜のお客様先に出勤するスタイルです。

定型業務がメインなので、初級者でも対応可能なお仕事です。

3)ネットワーク運用監視として、アラート対応(確認依頼連絡)、別部署へのDIPC状態連絡(定期)など 4)更改(リプレイス)業務として、キッティング、初期対応など 5)その他ヘルプデスク業務として発送関連(伝票作成・発送対応・開梱梱包)、訪問者対応、掃除などをお願いします。

資格


ITパスポートレベルの初級PCリテラシーのある方。情報システム部門での就業経験のある方大歓迎。 業界未経験OK 職種未経験OK
