The Marketing Division leads brand, creative, marketing, and membership as a cross-group organization with a mission to expand Rakuten Group's

membership value and ecosystem of over 70 services.

We believe that the mobile domain is a platform that plays a fundamental role in the ecosystem, and as the Marketing Division, we are further promoting collaboration with Rakuten Mobile.

Department Overview
Marketing Planning Department is an organization that leads the planning of Rakuten Mobile's plans and product strategies and their implementation.

As a member of the Rakuten Mobile Company within the Rakuten Group, we at Rakuten Mobile are engaged in the development of mobile-related services as well as marketing solutions that combine these services with the assets of the Rakuten Group. Rakuten Group's assets, and marketing solutions that combine these services with Rakuten Group assets.

Position Details
You will be in charge of customer service, campaign execution, partner development and other various tasks related to Rakuten Senior business.

Senior Platform Project group is one of the Rakuten Group's health care service providers. Rakuten Senior has been providing the health care service and event platform since 2019. We are "empowering" both senior people and merchants through various functions and campaigns.

Mandatory Qualifications

  • Experience with senior people, etc.
  • Business level or above in Japanese
  • Basic PC skills (Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook) Experience with basic
  • Excel tools such as functions (Lookup, CountIF, SUMIF, etc.), Pivot, etc.

Desired Qualifications

  • Project management experience
  • Logical thinking and planning skills
  • Flexible communication, negotiation, and bargaining skills both internal and external
  • Ability to flexibly respond to changes in the environment, and to lead solutions by running on one's own while coordinating with all related parties.
  • Business English
  • Experience in multitasking, schedule management, and taking initiative
