M&Aを成長戦略の一環として検討されている企業様に対し、同社の革新的なプロダクトを提案いただきます。お客様の真の経営課題を深く理解し、その解決手段として最適なM&A戦略を立案・提案。案件成約に至るまで、戦略パートナーとして一気通貫で伴走し、企業価値の向上にコミットしていただきます。
【職務内容 】
新規顧客への戦略的提案と導入支援
インサイドセールス部門からの連携、またはご自身で開拓した企業に対し、同社のプロダクトおよびソリューションを提案します。
■経営課題、事業構造、マーケット動向を多角的に分析
■その分析に基づき、M&Aを含めた最適な成長戦略とソリューションを提案し、サービス導入(オンボーディング)を主導します
導入後の戦略的伴走(サクセス支援)
サービス導入後も、お客様の事業成長を実現するための戦略パートナーとして深く関与します。
■既存SaaSプロダクトの活用に留まらず、そのデータと知見を基にした新たな成長戦略の策(その他詳細は面談にてお伝えします)(その他詳細は面談でお伝えします)
【求める人材】
【必須経験・スキル】
法人の経営者に対し、経営・事業・財務戦略に関する交渉または助言の経験を2年以上有する方
(例:経営コンサルティング、金融機関(法人営業)、税理士・会計事務所等で、経営者と価値提供を通してリレーションを構築してきたご経験を有する方)
【歓迎経験・スキル】
なんらかのM&Aに関する実務経験
