【担当業務】

・弊社の油圧機器・油圧システムをメーカーへ直販あるいは代理店と協業してメーカーへ販売する営業活動を担当頂きます

・代理店担当となった場合も、代理店がメーカーに対して行う営業活動をサポートする役割を担って頂きますので、顧客となるメーカーとの商談に同行したり、直接コンタクトを取ることもあります。

・その他、販売戦略立案(代理店協業し販売拡販を目指します。代理店との定例会等も実施します。)、営業関連業務(営業活動レポーティング等)等の業務も担当範囲となります。

※担当者クラスの募集ですが、任された業務を指示に従い遂行するだけでなく、ご自身でロジカルに戦略を立てられたり、業務に大きな付加価値を加えられる能力がある、チームリーダーを任されるような立場にある方を想定しております。

資格

【MUST】

・機械系製品の販売経験

・社内外でのコミュニケーションが良好に取れる方(ロジカルシンキング・アサーティブネス等を有している)

・業務での英語使用経験(直近で業務における読解・メールコミュニケーション経験があること)

【Nice to Have】

・油圧製品の取り扱い経験

・英語での会話経験

※英語力に関して、中期的には流暢なビジネス英語力を身に着けて頂く必要があります。
