• Performs monthly, quarterly close activities in Payroll area.
• Prepares and inputs journal entries and assigns accounting classifications to various records and transactions within established procedures and policy.
• Prepares or assists on tax filings, government information reports and management information reports.
• Interfaces with various external/internal stakeholders to complete the tasks.
• Recommends process improvements to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of the tasks/duties performed.
• Engage in regional or global cross-functional projects.

Education and Experience:
• Bachelor's Degree or above.
• 8+ Years of Experience in accounting role.
• Experience and knowledge in Payroll.
• Work experience in multinational company is preferred.
• Strong excel skills to perform various accounting analysis.
• Experience in SAP, Blackline is preferred.
• Business level of written and verbal communication skills both English and Japanese.
Qualifications:
• Education: Bachelor's Degree.
• Skills: Strong excel skills, USGAAP/JGAAP accounting knowledge.
• Certifications: None.
• Languages: English, Japanese.
• Years of Experience: 8+ Years.
• Work Experience: 8+ Years in accounting role.
