私たちは、国際的なプロジェクトや若手メンバーが増える中で、**「実務」だけでなく「空気を整えてくれる存在」**の大切さを強く感じています。

今回募集するのは、経理・請求書・労務管理といったバックオフィス業務を担いながら、若い多国籍の社内メンバーを、落ち着いて見守り・支えてくださる方です。

英語を使う業務あり(高度な交渉・営業なし。英語で請求書の送付を行う、社内での簡易なコミュニケーション等に限定される)

仕事内容

バックオフィス業務を中心に、チーム全体を下支えする役割です。

主な業務

  • 請求書作成・発行、入金管理
  • 経費精算、簡単な会計入力補助
  • アルバイトの勤怠管理・労務管理補助(外部専門家との連携)
  • 契約書・社内資料の整理
  • 英文メール対応(定型・確認連絡が中心)
  • 若手メンバーの業務上の相談対応

※「教える」というより「落ち着いて一緒に整理する」役割です

松木 耕はProxy Watcherの事業責任者を務める。東京証券取引所プライム市場上場企業とアクティブ投資家の間をつなぐ建設的な橋渡し役として、2021年以降、200を超える資産運用会社とのエンゲージメントを行ってきた。サステナブルファイナンス分野で国内最大級のフォーラムであるResponsible Investor Japanにおいて、2023年および2024年に最年少クラスのスピーカー/モデレーターの1人として登壇。定期コラムニストとして、マネックス証券や『商事法務』をはじめ、新聞・雑誌にも寄稿している。

企業とステークホルダーの間のサステナブルな対話をテーマとしたテレビ/YouTube番組を「8bitNews」との協業で運営している。2018年-2020年までは日本経済新聞社・東京でマーケットや企業財務に関するニュースをカバーする記者として勤務していた。

日本に移住する外国人や訪日外国人が日本旅行をより楽しんでいただけるよう、2024年にTravel Smart Japan / Settle Smooth Japan を立ち上げ。

  • ビジネス英語の読み書き・基本的なコミュニケーションが可能な方(英文メール対応、簡単な確認・調整業務が中心です)
  • 会計ソフトの使用経験(例:freee、マネーフォワード、弥生会計 など/種類は問いません) 人事・労務管理に関わる実務経験
  • 勤怠管理、給与計算補助、税理士・会計事務所・社会保険労務士・行政書士とのやりとり等外部専門家との業務連携経験

などと、落ち着いて業務を進めたご経験
