【役割】
■ プロジェクトのチームリーダーとしてメンバーと連携し、チームの目標達成に向けメンバへの適切な作業分担、指示を行うなど、
チーム運営を担っていただきます。
■ チームレベルでの作業計画の立案、実行、運用まで、上流~下流まで一貫して推進いただきます。
■ お客様プロジェクトチームメンバとの信頼関係を構築し、維持することが期待されます。
■ 運用プロジェクトにおいては、運用保守計画の立案とその運営、継続的な改善を実現することが求められます。
【求める人材】
■ システム開発・導入プロジェクトの参画経験(3年程度)またはシステム設計・運用設計経験(3年程度)
【歓迎】
■ システム導入プロジェクトのチームリーダー経験(2-3名規模のチーム)
■ 製薬業界におけるシステム導入経験
■ データベース、BI/レポートに関わる技術領域が得意な方
■ 英語:翻訳ソフトなどを活用しながら読み書きができるレベル
【給与】
年収600~700万円,※職務経験を考慮のうえ決定いたします。
