【未経験からスタートできるIT事務・企画アシスタント】
ITツールを活用して、社内の業務効率化やバックオフィス業務全般をお任せします。
《具体的な業務内容》
- 顧客情報のデータ入力・管理(Salesforce等のツール使用)
- 見積書・請求書などの資料作成
- お客様からのメール・電話でのお問い合わせ対応
- ミーティングの日程調整
- 業務フローの改善提案(「もっとこうしたら効率がいいかも?」というアイデア大歓迎)
入社後は先輩社員がツールの使い方から丁寧にレクチャーしますので、IT業界未経験の方でも安心してスタートできます。

勤務時間・曜日:
- 08:00 〜 18:00
- 実働8時間(休憩1時間)
- 原則定時退社(残業なし)
